There are several known errors in Star Wars sets, the most significant being the U.S. Topps #207. For this card,
the story goes that a disgruntled Topps employee added an extra appendage to the photo, and a number of cards got
out before the error was corrected. On the OPC version, they used the same photo but obscured the extra appendage
(I still consider this an error card, because you can easily see the modification if you look closely). I have
pictured both the Topps error version, the Topps corrected version, and the OPC corrected version. Other interesting
errors include the Japanese "Bova Fett" card from the Roadshow set and the OPC "Ken Kenobi" card.
