This set is turning out to be one of the hardest vintage Star Wars sets to complete. Topps did an apparent buy-back of vintage
cards, and inserted them one per box in the 30th Anniversary set (as box toppers). Each card was sealed in it's own cello
bag - and as you may expect, some of the cards ended up crimped in the process (damaged beyond repair). While some of these
cards can be found in mint condition, many appear to have handling wear, leading to the conclusion that these cards were from
a buy-back and not cut from unused sheets or pulled from vendor boxes in the ToppsVault (although it's possible that it was
a combination). The red bordered cards are by far the most common, with the yellow being second, blue third, and the green
and orange being scarce. Many of the orange cards, even in poor condition or badly off-centered, have been selling in the
$100 range due to the rarity - and the many collectors chasing a complete set. It's unknown if a complete set even exists.
