Character Cards (fronts)

Updates...

03/06/2010 - I finally finished my Japanese Takara set (huge thanks to Ryan Laughton) and as part of that I was able to determine which cards are in which puzzles. Check the Takara puzzle page to see the updated list of puzzles showing which cards are in which boxes.

03/06/2010 - Also thanks to Ryan Laughton, I have added a really cool poster advertising the Japanese Myojo noodle cards (with pictures of the cards, and the noodle bowls. Check the Myojo page to see that too.

03/06/2010 - Thanks to Stephen Williams, I finally got the last several cards to finish my Allens and Regina light stock white back 1977 set. This was an incredibly hard set to finish in NM condition - and the last several cards were an especially good find. I didn't post any extra scans, let me know if you want to see any. I did put the character cards from this set above though, as the current featured scan. Gotta love those cards!

03/07/2010 - Pulled this one from an eBay auction. Added a set of 1982-1986 Hungarian Calendar Cards. Apparently this is a very rare set of 50 unlicensed cards, compiled from cards produced by several different companies. Starting bid was $350.00, I'm not planning on acquiring them since it's an unlicensed set - but wanted to put it up here in case anyone is looking for information on them.

About this site...

If you have been referencing this site over the past few years, then you know that I started with a very basic site (developed with Microsoft FrontPage), and then built on that - adding content and revising the format continually. Starting on 10/28/09, I am working on what I hope is the final redesign. I will continue to add content, add blog posts, and of course read your comments in the guest book - but hopefully I can leave the design alone. Please, if you stop by - leave me a note in the guestbook! That's the only way that I know that people are dropping by and that interest in this information continues. As long as there is interest, I will continue to maintain and upgrade this site. You can contact me through the contact link at the top, or at paul@jamesbondcards.com.

Also, please check my want list first and foremost. There are a few sets that I would really like to complete, including the Kelloggs Return of the Jedi Decoder Discs (full), Tokyo Queen Notebook Cards, and Allens and Regina ROTJ tan backs. I'll even pay a significant finders fee if you can point me in the direction of someone else who can help me with the cards I need. I also collect a few other sets, including 1966 Get Smart U.S.A. panels, all 1960's James Bond cards, 1967 Wacky Package Die-Cuts, and several of the key Star Trek sets. If you have any, in high grade, I may be interested in trading for rare Star Wars cards. I'm especially after Get Smart Panel #45/14 (paying $150++).

There is a link at the top to contact me, but I'm also PUNKER-PAUL on Ebay (I am continually running eBay auctions for Star Wars Cards). I also play scrabble on www.isc.ro as BLAG on a daily basis, feel free to log on and challenge me to a game. Enjoy the website, and May The Force Be With You!
